Jimmy Choo is hiring a Boutique Supervisor in Paris to support store operations, drive sales and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPI objectives and coach the team to deliver results.
- Maintain exceptional client service standards by modelling and enforcing the brand Selling Ceremony across all customer interactions.
- Assist in training the team on product construction, materials, care, design, customer service and Retail Excellence procedures.
- Develop and manage client databases for both the store and individual advisors to drive repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations including store administration, stock management, visual merchandising and staff rostering.
- Ensure stock control accuracy, participate in and organise stocktakes, and manage replenishment to maintain product availability.
- Monitor merchandise presentation to ensure store visuals meet VM standards and maintain tidiness and luxury presentation at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, safeguarding the brand’s reputation for high-touch service.
- Implement and enforce company procedures, standards and policies including health & safety and security protocols.
- Support back-of-house and administrative tasks as required and perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth store operation.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
- Demonstrable supervisory experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
- Proven ability to coach and develop a sales team and to drive performance against KPIs and targets.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage competing priorities in a multinational retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid knowledge of luxury retail service standards, clienteling and visual merchandising.
- Professional presence that reflects the Jimmy Choo luxury image; high standards of personal grooming and conduct.
- Proactive mindset with initiative, leadership capabilities and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Experience
Supervisory experience in a retail environment, ideally within luxury fashion or accessories; demonstrated track record of supporting store operations, coaching sales teams and achieving sales targets. Specific years of experience were not specified.
