Role & Responsibilities
- Operate POS systems to process transactions during peak trading periods
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Maintain and input customer data into the CRM system
- Provide sales support including stock maintenance and floor replenishment
- Uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the retail space
- Organize and maintain back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards
