Jimmy Choo seeks a Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV (Las Vegas North Outlet). Full-time role focused on luxury client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in all client interactions, in-store and virtually, acting as an ambassador within the local community.
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling and other financial responsibilities.
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable customer service throughout the sales process: prospecting, selection, try-on assistance and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain and cultivate clientele through timely follow-up (phone, email, thank-you correspondence) and manage a client book proactively.
- Achieve and where possible exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Uphold sales, cash wrap and client-book standards and ensure visual merchandising and presentation meet brand guidelines at all times.
- Manage inventory tasks and support Back of House operations including shipping, receiving and stock control as required.
- Comply with company policies and procedures (UltiPro timekeeping and portal navigation, uniform and grooming standards, end-of-day protocols).
- Operate point-of-sale/register systems accurately and maintain transactional integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Right to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Demonstrable cash-handling experience and strong numeracy.
- Professional grooming and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and polished service.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or sales experience preferred, ideally 1–2 years in luxury or premium-brand environments. Experience as a key-holder or in roles with cash/transactional responsibility is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
