Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at every touchpoint by following the brand Selling Ceremony.
- Embody and project the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle through professional grooming, attitude and behaviour.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge (construction, materials, care, design) to advise clients knowledgeably.
- Build, develop and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues and proposing appropriate solutions to management.
- Replenish stock and maintain effective stock controls in line with company procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and supply.
- Participate in stock takes and support accurate record keeping.
- Support and attend store meetings and training events to ensure clear communication and continuous development.
- Represent Jimmy Choo at promotional events and in-store activations.
- Maintain merchandise presentation to VM standards and ensure general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve boutique performance across sales, service and presentation.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators and individual/store sales targets.
- Adhere to Retail Excellence procedures, company policies and health & safety/security guidelines.
- Provide administrative and back-of-house support to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager as required.
Qualifications
- Proven success working as a sales consultant within a luxury brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Demonstrable sales skills with a client-centric approach and track record of meeting targets.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market, fashion trends and customer expectations.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple demands in a busy retail environment.
- Proactive, anticipatory service mindset and strong interpersonal tact.
- Professional demeanour, enthusiasm, self-motivation and willingness to go the extra mile.

Experience
Proven retail experience as a sales consultant within the luxury fashion sector with demonstrable sales results, clienteling experience and familiarity with boutique operations.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or fashion preferred.
