Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service underpinned by comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Build, develop and maintain a personal client database and execute clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while representing the Jimmy Choo lifestyle and brand standards.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to preserve client relationships.
  • Support stock management activities including replenishment, visual merchandising and participation in stock takes.
  • Represent the brand during in-store promotional events and activations, contributing to store presentation and guest experience.
  • Proactively contribute ideas to improve store performance, customer experience and local marketing initiatives.

Experience

Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is a plus.
