Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service by following the brand Selling Ceremony to exceed guest expectations and drive repeat business.
- Represent the Jimmy Choo luxury image through professional grooming, conduct, and adherence to dress code.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to provide authoritative advice and care recommendations.
- Build, grow and manage a personal client database to maximise clienteling, repeat visits and lifetime value.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, proposing solutions and escalating to store management when necessary.
- Maintain inventory integrity through accurate stock control, replenishment according to company procedures and active participation in stock takes.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and sustain general concession tidiness and housekeeping.
- Support and participate in store meetings, training sessions and promotional events, representing the brand at external activities when required.
- Actively pursue and contribute to the achievement of individual and store KPIs, offering suggestions to improve concession performance.
- Follow Retail Excellence procedures and all host-store, health & safety and security policies; assist management with back-of-house and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or high-end retail environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Strong retail sales capability with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid understanding of the luxury market, customer expectations and fashion retail dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain composed under pressure and proactively anticipate client needs.
- Professional demeanour, high standards of presentation and a client-focused attitude.

Demonstrable track record of success as a sales consultant in luxury retail, with experience in clienteling, meeting sales targets and maintaining high presentation standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related qualification preferred.
