Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand in-store and virtually; act as a brand ambassador within the local community.
  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and maintain the highest sales and cash wrap standards.
  • Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
  • Manage client records and client outreach (phone, email, thank-you letters) to cultivate repeat business.
  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.
  • Maintain product and company knowledge specific to Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
  • Operate register systems and navigate Ulti-Pro / UltiPro Portal for attendance and HR-related processes.
  • Support inventory activities, shipping/receiving and back-of-house coverage as required.
  • Sustain visual merchandising standards and assist with merchandise presentation and replenishment.
  • Comply with company policies on attendance, uniform and grooming, breaks, lockers and workplace organisation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
  • Proven cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience; comfortable with key-holder financial responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain clientele.
  • Flexible availability to work part-time shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Professional presentation and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
