- Support budgeting, invoicing, and administration activities related to retail operations
- Coordinate user access, onboarding, and ongoing support for retail systems
- Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure stores have required tools and resources for operations
- Support planning and execution of store openings, closures, refurbishments, and temporary relocations
- Coordinate operational requirements, supplier setup, payment solutions, and store readiness activities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational processes comply with company standards
- Monitor compliance training completion and support implementation of policies and procedures
- Coordinate environmental compliance reporting across EMEA markets
