Capri Holdings seeks a Full-time Cashier in Oxford: handle transactions, support virtual selling and opening/closing procedures at the store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately across multiple payment methods (card, contactless, cash).
- Perform daily cash handling duties including reconciliation, safe drops and end-of-day balancing in accordance with store procedures.
- Support store opening and closing procedures and ensure the till area and customer-facing points are maintained to brand standards.
- Assist with virtual selling initiatives: respond to client enquiries, process online/phone orders and update the virtual catalogue with new arrivals.
- Deliver a high standard of client service and clienteling, escalating complex customer issues to store management when necessary.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation at the till point, ensuring product and promotional information is current.
- Comply with all loss-prevention, security and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven numeracy and attention to detail with a track record of reliable cash handling.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation suited to premium retail.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality around transactions.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments and virtual selling channels is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) preferred; formal retail or customer-service training is advantageous.
