  • Own accessories costing and pricing strategy, delivering recommendations aligned to margin targets and market positioning
  • Define seasonal line plans and collection calendars in partnership with the Merchandising Director
  • Conduct detailed seasonal sell-in performance analysis, identifying best sellers, materials, and growth opportunities
  • Lead sample launches for each showroom, overseeing production fittings, approvals, and adherence to timelines
  • Manage special projects and collaborations end-to-end, establishing milestones and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Manage collection setup in internal systems, maintaining overview documents and communicating cancellations or changes
  • Drive gross margin improvements through strategic pricing reviews, carry-over repricing, and cost negotiations
  • Monitor competitor activity including pricing, assortment, trends, and collection structure
  • Develop and support global training materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Merchandise, retail and planning teams to optimize carryover and ensure balanced product range across regions

Qualifications

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of PLM systems preferred
  • Proven track record in a similar merchandising or product planning role
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and commercial product merchandising
  • Knowledge of Italian language preferred
