Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Private Client team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate client appointments, virtual consultations, and travel logistics as required
- Assist with event planning, including guest list management, invitations, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for senior leadership
- Support sample movements, gifting logistics, and special order coordination
- Maintain accurate client information across CRM platforms
- Create digital edits and product selections using Tulip
- Prepare product recommendations and styling presentations for clienteling support
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and analyze client data to identify opportunities
- Support KPI reporting across the Private Client team and maintain dashboards using Excel
- Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce, C360, and Tulip platforms
Qualifications
- 2–4 years' experience within luxury retail, CRM, clienteling, or hospitality
- Proven experience supporting high-net-worth or VIC clientele
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint with ability to produce polished executive presentations
- Excellent Microsoft Word skills
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, Tulip, or similar)
- Comfortable analyzing data and producing reports
- Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication

Experience
2–4 years' experience in luxury retail, CRM, clienteling, or hospitality environments, with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within international teams. Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIC clientele is advantageous.
