Jimmy Choo seeks a Cashier in Oxford (Full-time): manage transactions, tills and CRM client enrolment while supporting luxury retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive payments and issue receipts for cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts; perform regular cash checks and close tills at end of day.
- Operate PDQ terminals and process high-volume transactions while handling floats and cash checks.
- Maintain a clean, organised and brand-appropriate till area and demonstrate professional telephone etiquette when answering store calls.
- Enroll clients into the CRM database and work with the selling team to ensure accurate client codification and data capture to meet targets.
- Support virtual selling by assisting with online catalogue updates (pricing and imagery) to reflect stock availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, proactively anticipate client needs and regularly exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proven accuracy in cash handling and reconciling sales receipts.
- Strong customer service and demonstrable retail sales skills within a luxury or premium environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail cash handling role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail, with demonstrable sales performance and familiarity with CRM and point-of-sale transaction processes.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE/A-level or equivalent). A retail, hospitality or customer service qualification is desirable but not essential.
