Partnership & Ecommerce Assistant at Capri Holdings in Milan, Italy—support EMEAI wholesale and ecommerce operations including sales reporting and franchise coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and present weekly sales and KPI reports; compile franchisee feedback and deliver engaging executive presentations
- Track franchisee sell-in and sellout data by region, client, and product in collaboration with the commercial team
- Coordinate EMEAI selling campaigns for franchise and ecommerce channels, managing buying presentations, order minimums, and partner communications
- Provide daily and weekly operational support to franchises, including aftersales administration, reorder processing, and shipment target verification with customer service
- Support ecommerce operations including reorder management, shipment tracking, and business requests
- Distribute price lists and merchandise assortment documentation to partners
- Execute back-office tasks for seasonal selling campaigns and account management meetings under wholesale team direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or Economics with fashion industry focus
- Previous internship or professional experience in a similar role within retail or wholesale operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite
- Fluency in English; additional languages considered an advantage

Previous experience or internship in a similar wholesale, retail, or commercial operations role is required to develop and demonstrate sales competencies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or Economics with a fashion-driven orientation.
