Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand during in-store and virtual client interactions, acting as a visible brand ambassador in the Las Vegas community.
  • Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling and end-of-day financial procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and clienteling: phone and email follow-up, thank-you correspondence, client book management and after-sales support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and personalised styling.
  • Maintain and deepen product knowledge specific to Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories to advise clients on fit, materials and styling.
  • Operate point-of-sale/register system(s) accurately and efficiently for sales transactions and returns.
  • Support inventory activities and back-of-house functions, including shipping / receiving and cycle counts as required.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are consistently upheld to brand guidelines.
  • Comply with company policies and operational procedures, including timekeeping via UltiPro and adopted uniform/grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide attentive, discreet and personalised customer service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable cash-handling experience and proficiency with point-of-sale/register systems.
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices and maintaining an organised client book.
  • Ability to perform key-holder responsibilities and follow security/end-of-day protocols.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform standards.

Experience

1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling activities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
