Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) to process transactions efficiently during high-traffic periods.
- Provide front-line customer service by responding to in-person, telephone and email client enquiries.
- Support the sales team by directing customers to available advisors and stepping in to advise clients when colleagues are engaged.
- Maintain CRM records by accurately inputting and updating customer data.
- Perform cashier duties and ensure correct handling of cash, receipts and POS reconciliation.
- Manage stock maintenance, replenish the sales floor and uphold back-of-house organisation when stock associates are unavailable.
- Uphold visual merchandising (VM) standards and assist with store presentation.

Qualifications
- Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including peak retail hours, weekends and holidays.

- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused manner appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Basic numeracy and proven cash-handling accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move stock and perform light physical duties associated with floor replenishment.
