Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximise sales conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while actively contributing to team objectives during a 20‑hour weekly schedule.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across footwear, leather goods and seasonal collections to advise clients with authority and style.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and accurate cash/card handling in accordance with company policy.
- Support visual merchandising standards and daily floor operations to uphold the boutique’s luxury presentation.
- Assist with stock management, receiving, inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Adapt to flexible shift patterns including weekends and peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client care.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to an upscale boutique.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet store scheduling needs.
- Legal right to work in Spain.

Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years’ retail experience, ideally within a luxury footwear, accessories or fashion boutique, with evidence of sales achievement and strong client service capabilities.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; further study in retail, fashion or merchandising is advantageous but not required.
