Role & Responsibilities
- Manage document filing and archiving (digital and physical) for contracts, corporate acts and powers of attorney.
- Support technical-legal operations including PEC management and use of digital signatures for outgoing correspondence.
- Conduct legal research: analyse case law and regulatory texts, consult legal databases and prepare summaries for the legal team.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing materials for meetings and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Maintain and update scadenziario (document and legal deadlines) and monitor recurring legal activities.
- Liaise with external offices, law firms and service providers to coordinate appointments, filings and joint activities.
- Support D.Lgs. 231/2001 compliance activities: update the Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo, collect documentary evidence and help maintain internal controls.
- Assist the Organismo di Vigilanza (OdV) by preparing reports, minutes and audit documentation and supporting internal 231 training.
- Support implementation of Law 56/2024 requirements by analysing administrative, accounting and tax documentation for supplier and sub-supplier monitoring.
- Support Privacy & Data Protection: maintain the registro dei trattamenti, assist with DPIA preparation and updates, and help draft privacy notices, consents and contractual privacy clauses.
Qualifications
- Belonging to Categorie Protette pursuant to L.68/99 and registered on the Collocamento Mirato lists (mandatory).
- Degree in Giurisprudenza, Servizi Giuridici, Economia Aziendale, Scienze Politiche, Scienze della Pubblica Amministrazione, Economia e Commercio or a closely related discipline.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrable discretion and experience handling sensitive personal and corporate data.
Skills
Experience
Previous administrative or paralegal experience in a corporate legal, compliance or privacy function is preferred; specific years are not required. Practical exposure to document management, legal research and coordination with external counsel will be advantageous.
Education
Degree in Law, Legal Services, Business/Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics and Commerce, or similar.
