Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised clienteling to drive sales of Jimmy Choo footwear and accessories in the Serravalle Outlet store.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and follow-up.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash handling in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, floor readiness and product presentation to brand guidelines.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory checks and back-of-house organisation.
- Adhere to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and corporate directives at all times.
- Participate in product training and sales initiatives; contribute to a collaborative store environment.
Qualifications
- Membership in the protected categories list under Italian Law 68/1999 (required).
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or outlet environments.
- Proven commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; warm client-facing demeanour.
- Strong motivation, reliability and results-driven attitude.
- Genuine passion for the Jimmy Choo brand and the luxury retail sector.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales role is required, ideally within luxury, premium or outlet retail. Demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and delivering high levels of client service is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail or customer-service training is an advantage.
