Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination of the footwear collection process from product opportunity tracking through line plan updates, pricing information and selling tool preparation
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Product Development, Design, and Supply Chain teams to gather product learnings, regional feedback, and assortment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and timely follow-up
- Assist in preparing commercially balanced footwear assortment by supporting the team with information on brand relevance, target price, margin, and supply chain requirements
- Coordinate with Design and Product Development to brief, track, and follow up on product updates, amendments, cancellations and approvals
- Support setup and ongoing maintenance of footwear collection information in PLM and relevant internal systems
- Maintain accurate line plans, collection overviews, product launch documents and selling tools with current, complete product information
- Update range changes, product amendments and cancellations across relevant documents and systems, ensuring stakeholder communication
- Drive coordination of product information across key teams, capturing and communicating updates, actions and key decisions accurately
- Support sample tracking and provide samples and product information for meetings, reviews and sales campaigns
- Prepare presentations, selling tools and product training materials for internal meetings and sales campaigns
- Support sales and product performance analysis across the shoes category to identify best sellers, trends, opportunities and risks
- Monitor footwear performance in partnership with the wider Shoes Merchandising team, identifying successful products, constructions, materials and price points
- Prepare regular analysis and updates for performance reviews, product learnings, regional feedback and commercial opportunities
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in merchandising, product merchandising, buying, allocation or related product-focused role
- Understanding of range plans, product assortment building, target prices, margin and commercial range structure
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and communicate findings clearly
- Experience using PLM or similar tools (desirable)
- Strong communication skills with confidence to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, detail-conscious and product-focused approach
- Ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks while knowing when to escalate questions and risks
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders and product details
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and professional communication style across teams
