Role & Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth sell-in and sell-out analysis for Handbags, Small Leather Goods and Jewellery; produce weekly retail sales reports, identify best sellers, key materials and product trends to drive commercial decisions.
- Monitor wholesale performance and liaise with wholesale partners to obtain additional insights; conduct post-selling campaign sell-in analysis.
- Set up and maintain collection data across systems (PLM and JOOR): create and update collection offers, maintain JOOR line lists on PLM and ensure system accuracy.
- Coordinate sample management: prioritise sample shot lists, organise timely receipt and shipment of samples between showrooms and liaise with Florence HQ for delivery schedules.
- Upload and check all product imagery on JOOR and ensure visual assets match product data.
- Support collection merchandising and showroom organisation: conduct competitive product benchmarking, assist with punctual pricing and prepare collection overviews, presentations and internal training documents.
- Maintain official communications on cancellations and line changes to all relevant parties.
- Coordinate press orders by liaising with PR and customer service and track press sampling activities (launches and deliveries).
- Support special projects and capsule collections, including creation of line lists, sampling coordination and end-to-end system data entry.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years' relevant experience, ideally in analytics, retail, buying or planning.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrable numerical and analytical capability.
- Experience using a PLM system (required); JOOR experience is a strong advantage.
- Highly analytical, numerically strong with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, presentation and communication skills; able to represent the brand internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and operate both independently and as part of a team.
