Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of key merchandising documents including sample launch files, collection grids, and internal selling overviews
- Manage collection data entry and maintenance within the Product Management System (PLM) and JOOR platforms
- Coordinate timely receipt, unpacking, tracking, and showroom display of sample collections
- Organise sample shipments between regional showrooms and monitor their progress
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis, including pricing, product offer structure, and material sourcing
- Perform trend analysis and ad-hoc market research as directed by the Merchandising Manager
- Analyse sell-in and sell-out performance by product type, function, and geographic region to identify market opportunities
- Prepare weekly sales reporting and performance insights

- Prior experience working for a fashion or luxury brand
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
