Role & Responsibilities
- Support seasonal buying activities for outlet stores in alignment with the global merchandising strategy.
- Prepare and manage order sheets; ensure order accuracy and follow up on confirmations with London HQ when discrepancies arise.
- Support special orders (Made-to-Order) and other bespoke product requests as required.
- Monitor and analyse weekly and monthly sales performance; prepare sell-through reports and translate data into actionable product recommendations.
- Study the Japan fashion market and local customer preferences to identify new opportunities for the outlet business.
- Collaborate with retail and supply chain teams to optimise stock allocation, coordinate product transfers between stores and support inventory liquidation strategies.
- Support markdown planning and product lifecycle management to improve inventory turnover.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from store teams; coordinate delivery checks and manage product quality issues.
- Prepare and present various merchandising and sales reports to local and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of merchandising experience within fashion or luxury brands; experience with shoes, bags or accessories preferred.
- Prior exposure to outlet merchandising is a plus; candidates with general merchandising experience and a strong interest in outlet business are welcome.
- Good English communication skills for collaboration with global teams across time zones.
- Highly organised with strong planning skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and collaborating cross-functionally.

Experience
2 to 5 years of merchandising experience within fashion or luxury brands; outlet merchandising experience is advantageous, with preference for candidates experienced with shoes, bags or accessories.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field preferred.
