Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse sell‑in and sell‑out performance across Retail and Wholesale; produce weekly sales reports and highlight best sellers and emerging trends.
- Maintain and update collection data in PLM and JOOR, ensuring product information, imagery and line lists are accurate and current.
- Manage product set‑up processes, upload images, prepare line sheets and support digital catalogue maintenance.
- Coordinate showroom and sample logistics, including shipments, tracking, returns and systems updates to support selling teams.
- Support market preparation activities such as sample photography, creation of selling tools and merchandising packs.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative and analytical support to the VP of Merchandising and broader accessories team.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in merchandising, product or commercial support within fashion or accessories.
- Proven analytical and numerical aptitude with a meticulous attention to detail and sense of ownership.
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentation preparation.
- Experience working with PLM systems (required); JOOR experience is a strong advantage.
- Highly organised, systems‑savvy and able to perform reliably in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, product coordination or commercial analysis within fashion or luxury accessories.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
