Role & Responsibilities
- Manage weekly allocation and replenishment processes for EMEA outlet stores, optimising stock cover and markdown exposure against company targets.
- Monitor outlet store performance across EMEA, produce weekly trade reports and present key findings and remedial actions to the merchandising and retail teams.
- Support planning of outlet stock intake for seasonal end‑of‑line and outlet core product ranges, proposing initial buys and reorders aligned to Open to Buy (OTB) targets.
- Own sizing strategy for new outlet orders and build seasonal stock launch packages for sign-off with Merchandise Planner and GMM.
- Execute price management activities, including uploading price changes in SAP and maintaining the outlet price database in line with markdown strategy.
- Liaise with Logistics and Stock Control to ensure warehouse accuracy and timely flows, and conduct regular outlet store visits to implement agreed assortment actions.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Marketing to coordinate product launches and key product messaging for outlet channels.
Qualifications
- Graduate calibre (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Finance or related discipline.
- Proven experience in merchandise planning or allocation across European markets, ideally with outlet channel experience.
- Current or recent experience as an Allocator or level‑one Assistant Planner with demonstrable impact on sales and gross margin.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience using SAP for price/stock management desirable.
- Proactive, highly organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure and work autonomously or within a team.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of increasing turnover and maximising gross profit.

Experience
Demonstrable merchandise planning or allocation experience within European markets, preferably in an outlet or off‑price environment. Experience should include forecasting, managing OTB, driving replenishment strategies, and delivering measurable increases in turnover and gross profit. Prior exposure to SAP and cross‑functional collaboration with logistics, retail managers and marketing is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Finance or a related discipline.
