Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide primary analytical support for ad‑hoc trade, inventory and sales queries, translating large, complex datasets into clear commercial insight.
  • Own the accuracy, clarity and usability of analytical outputs including Excel models, Power BI views and concise presentation decks.
  • Proactively monitor and identify emerging trade signals, performance trends and inventory risks; initiate and deliver deep‑dive analyses when required.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Planning, Distribution, Allocation and Systems teams to ensure alignment and consistency of insight and recommendations.
  • Deliver structured project work on inventory and sales topics and present findings succinctly to senior stakeholders.
  • Support planning decision‑making with fact‑based, commercially grounded recommendations.
  • Act as a steward for planning systems and reporting tools: support screen maintenance, data validation, system administration and improvements in usability and reporting effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in data/business analysis, merchandise planning (luxury/fashion preferred), finance or management control.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with experience handling large datasets and building user‑friendly models.
  • Demonstrable experience creating intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Experience with data modelling and DAX is a strong advantage.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to distil complexity into concise outputs for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritise work and operate effectively in a cross‑functional environment.

Experience

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in data or business analysis, merchandise planning within luxury/fashion, or in finance/management control, with demonstrable commercial impact.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline preferred.
