Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Self‑starter with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to prospect and convert high‑value clients
- Technologically comfortable with point‑of‑sale systems and digital clienteling tools
- Ability to fulfil key‑holder responsibilities and manage cash/financial procedures with integrity
Skills
Experience
At least two years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in footwear or accessories, with demonstrated success building and maintaining a loyal client base.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in fashion, merchandising, marketing or a related field preferred.
