Role & Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and POS systems
- Provide exceptional service to an international clientele, maintaining brand standards and acting as a brand ambassador
- Support CRM initiatives through customer data collection, database maintenance, and accurate record-keeping
- Engage with clients to strengthen customer loyalty and contribute to commercial objectives
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer relationship management efforts
- Maintain cashier accuracy and reconciliation procedures at the end of each shift
