Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily marketing operations for Jimmy Choo licensing activities and assist the Senior Marketing Manager with global initiatives.
- Oversee the licensing content calendar and critical path, ensuring alignment with the Jimmy Choo global marketing calendar and brand guidelines.
- Liaise with licensing partners to develop and distribute clear briefs for creative assets and media; manage the approval workflow and deliver final content to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate campaign shoot product requests in collaboration with Marketing & Communications and Social teams.
- Review and provide input on seasonal fragrance media proposals, ensure artwork specifications and format requirements are anticipated and briefed, and contribute to post-campaign analysis including ROI reporting.
- Project-manage approvals and asset needs for marketing activities, collaborating with Creative Services to implement consistent branding across partners.
- Manage stakeholder approvals for organic and paid talent content, product placement activities, and gifting requests for press/influencers and brand clients.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, licensing or brand-support role, ideally within luxury fashion or beauty.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and project-management capability with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail, process-orientation and the ability to deliver accurate work under tight timelines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills; able to synthesise and share information across departments and regions.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for luxury fashion.

1–2 years in a similar marketing, licensing or brand-support role, preferably within luxury fashion or fragrance.
