Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the licensing content calendar and critical path to ensure alignment with Jimmy Choo global marketing timelines and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with licensing partners to prepare, circulate and clarify creative briefs for content creation and campaign execution.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the review, approval and delivery of creative assets to internal Jimmy Choo stakeholders.
  • Oversee artwork and media specifications; ensure format requirements are communicated and adhered to by partners and agencies.
  • Contribute to seasonal media proposal reviews, liaising with internal teams to provide feedback and approvals per market.
  • Project-manage approvals, asset requests and product allocations for marketing activities, shoots and gifting across licensing partners.
  • Support talent-related activity by managing stakeholder approvals for organic and paid content, product placements and influencer gifting.
  • Compile post-campaign analysis and reporting, including performance metrics and ROI where applicable.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, brand or licensing support roles, preferably within luxury goods or fashion.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • High attention to detail, process-orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills and the ability to synthesise and share information across functions.
  • A collaborative team player who can build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Experience
