Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the licensing content calendar and critical path to ensure alignment with Jimmy Choo global marketing timelines and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with licensing partners to prepare, circulate and clarify creative briefs for content creation and campaign execution.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the review, approval and delivery of creative assets to internal Jimmy Choo stakeholders.
- Oversee artwork and media specifications; ensure format requirements are communicated and adhered to by partners and agencies.
- Contribute to seasonal media proposal reviews, liaising with internal teams to provide feedback and approvals per market.
- Project-manage approvals, asset requests and product allocations for marketing activities, shoots and gifting across licensing partners.
- Support talent-related activity by managing stakeholder approvals for organic and paid content, product placements and influencer gifting.
- Compile post-campaign analysis and reporting, including performance metrics and ROI where applicable.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, brand or licensing support roles, preferably within luxury goods or fashion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail, process-orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills and the ability to synthesise and share information across functions.
- A collaborative team player who can build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Experience
1–2 years in a marketing or licensing support capacity; experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, communications, commercial) and with external licensing partners or agencies is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
