Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Legal Specialist across corporate legal, compliance and privacy matters.
- Manage digital and paper document workflows: archiving contracts, corporate records and powers of attorney; prepare meeting materials and routine legal documentation.
- Operate certified email (PEC) and digital signature systems; support technical-legal aspects of electronic filings and signatures.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of jurisprudence and legislation; assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contract clauses.
- Maintain and update a scadenziario (document and deadline calendar) to track statutory and contractual expiries and recurring legal tasks.
- Coordinate with external law firms, professional offices and service providers to organise appointments, filings and joint activities.
- Support implementation and maintenance of the D.Lgs. 231/2001 compliance framework: update the Model of Organisation, collect documentary evidence, monitor sensitive activities and help prepare OdV reports and audit documentation.
- Assist with activities arising from Law 56/2024, including analysis of administrative, accounting and tax documentation to monitor suppliers and sub-suppliers.
- Support Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR) compliance: maintain the record of processing activities, assist with DPIAs, and contribute to privacy notices, consent mechanisms and contractual privacy clauses.
- Contribute to internal compliance training logistics and the preparation of reports, minutes and audit materials.
Qualifications
- Belonging to a protected category under Italian law (L.68/99) and registration on the Collocamento Mirato lists is mandatory.
- Degree in Law, Legal Services, Business/Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics and Commerce or a closely related discipline.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good written and spoken English.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and basic financial statement analysis.
- Organised, detail-oriented with effective interpersonal skills and a problem‑solving attitude.
Skills
Experience
Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience in a corporate legal, compliance or privacy function, or in a law firm/paralegal role supporting corporate governance, 231 compliance and GDPR-related activities. Prior exposure to supplier due diligence or OdV support is advantageous.
Education
Degree in Law, Legal Services, Business/Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics and Commerce, or equivalent.
