Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Director, Wholesale Planning in building seasonal door plans by account and location that align with category strategies and company targets.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse customer sales data (sell‑in and sell‑out) to inform the wholesale sales organisation and planning decisions.
  • Manage replenishment programs and forecast inventory requirements to optimise stock levels across wholesale accounts.
  • Maintain and forecast open‑to‑buy (OTB) positions monthly; identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Produce end‑of‑month (EOM) sales and stock reporting by door, including market share and variance analysis.
  • Track weekly door performance (top gains and losses) and provide actionable recommendations to the sales team.
  • Run and monitor weekly shipments to anticipate budget impacts and plan for shipping-related risks or opportunities.
  • Coordinate in‑season stock offers, manage transfers between wholesale and retail warehouses, and assist with showroom market preparation.
  • Prepare analysis and materials for presentations and budget meetings; deliver ad‑hoc reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, finance, supply chain or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of planning experience in wholesale or retail planning environments.
  • Proven ability with retail math, financial measurements and budgeting processes.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience producing actionable commercial analysis.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and able to work to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter with strategic thinking and effective communication skills.
