Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of IT projects and operational initiatives
- Monitor project activities, milestones, risks and dependencies; escalate issues appropriately
- Prepare project documentation, status reports and governance materials
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, record actions and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Coordinate communication between IT teams, business departments and external suppliers
- Support change management and user adoption activities for new technologies and processes
- Manage project schedules, task tracking and action logs
- Assist with supplier and contract administration, including renewals and service reviews
- Support budgeting activities, purchase approvals and software license management
- Liaise with Finance and Legal teams on project documentation and approvals
- Participate in presentations and project updates for leadership and steering committee meetings

Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, AI or related field

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, AI or related field. No prior professional experience required, though exposure to IT or project coordination is advantageous.
Education
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, AI or a related field (current student or recent graduate).
