Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly and quarterly auditing to ensure consistency, compliance, and governance across HR functions
  • Provide reporting and analysis for MK and JC Discount reporting
  • Track sickness and absence data for the business with regular reporting
  • Monitor and report team KPIs using Workday
  • Manage Egencia queries and escalations
  • Support budget administration through data entry and coordinate annual reporting processes such as Gender Pay Gap disclosures
  • Create, maintain, and archive employee files ensuring filing system integrity
  • Coordinate timesheet checks for all Retail, Supply Chain, and Factory employees on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and update global trackers, organizational charts, and job postings across relevant sites
  • Manage Workday records ensuring continuous accuracy of personal, employment, organizational, and compensation data
  • Administer all employee leave including maternity, parental, statutory, and disability leave in compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain regular liaison with payroll providers and external labour consultants to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
  • Monitor adherence to HR process deadlines including compensation reviews, merit increases, and performance review cycles
  • Ensure Workday records and employee communications align with legislative and regulatory updates
  • Respond to Workday help queries within established service level agreements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to guarantee data accuracy across all employee lifecycle processes

Qualifications

  • Graduate-level education
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Knowledge of Italian Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL), particularly Commerce & Services and Footwear Industry sectors
  • Basic knowledge of Italian Labour Law and employment regulations
  • Proficiency with Workday HRIS system
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
