Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly and quarterly HR audits to ensure compliance, consistency, and governance standards
- Prepare and deliver reporting on discount schemes, absence tracking, and workforce KPIs
- Manage Workday and Egencia system queries, ensuring responses meet agreed service level agreements
- Coordinate and process timesheet verification for all retail employees on a monthly basis
- Maintain and update global organizational charts, employee trackers, and personnel files
- Oversee the product allowance process and coordinate uploads for global systems
- Generate ad hoc analysis and reporting, including annual submissions such as Gender Pay Gap disclosures
- Manage job posting coordination across relevant recruitment platforms

- Previous experience in an administrative role
