Capri Holdings Limited seeks a Global Head of Growth Marketing in London to lead performance and e-commerce growth strategy for a luxury accessories brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute global growth strategy across all digital channels with focus on ROI and new customer acquisition
  • Manage and scale a multi-million-pound marketing budget across paid media, SEO, content, partnerships, affiliates, and communities
  • Lead and optimize acquisition channels including Paid Media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok), SEO, content-led growth, and partnership initiatives
  • Partner with Merchandising and Design teams to translate product features into acquisition and retention levers, aligning messaging with customer value
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing in-house team and external agency partners
  • Develop and embed continuous testing frameworks across creative, messaging, funnels, landing pages, offers, and user journeys
  • Define, track, and optimize core KPIs including traffic growth, ROI, CAC, LTV, activation, retention, and conversion metrics
  • Build and maintain a robust attribution and tracking ecosystem, ensuring all decisions are grounded in clean, reliable data
  • Set clear direction, establish ways of working, and embed a growth mindset across in-house teams and external partners
  • Balance sustainable high-impact channel strategy with short-term business impact and futureproof the tech stack based on evolving digital landscape

  • 8–10+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition roles
  • Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets
  • Proven track record scaling a high-growth digital business past early traction
