Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate, analyse, review, and report actual financial results on a monthly basis, working closely with regional finance teams
- Prepare quarterly reporting information and packs for the US Parent company, ensuring compliance with group policies and SEC standards
- Support preparation of statutory accounts for all UK companies within the Jimmy Choo Group
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to complete audits efficiently and in accordance with prescribed timelines
- Maintain effective controls within the group reporting process and ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Undertake monthly intercompany matching and reconciliation procedures for Jimmy Choo regions
- Provide support to regional teams to ensure lease accounting compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards
- Assist with year-end financial close and audit responsibilities
- Deliver project support as required
Qualifications
- ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) or ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) qualification
- Sound understanding of IFRS accounting standards; US GAAP exposure preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in consolidation and reporting within a retail environment
- Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or similar enterprise financial systems
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
- Big 4 or mid-tier professional practice experience preferred
