Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal outlet visual merchandising directives by region in partnership with the Global Senior VM Director and Head of Buying for Outlets, encompassing zoning, display concepts, window calendars, and accessory guidelines
  • Build and maintain the Outlet VM Handbook with standardized procedures, tools, implementation guidance, and best-practice documentation
  • Manage monthly floor set moves across all EMEA outlet stores, ensuring consistent visual identity and brand standard execution across all locations
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Global and Regional Buying, Merchandising, and Retail teams to align visual strategy with commercial priorities and seasonal objectives
  • Partner with regional visual merchandising teams to develop monthly regional guidelines for flagship outlet displays, informed by commercial performance data
  • Work with the Head of Outlets to execute product exit strategies aligned with commercial needs and seasonal color palettes
  • Deliver seasonal training to store teams and regional partners on updated visual merchandising standards and key seasonal focuses
  • Review and refine outlet visual merchandising planograms globally to ensure consistent visual presentation and aligned commercial messaging
  • Support the Senior Visual Merchandising Director on global outlet window production, design, and execution
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking through regular store visits and competitor analysis to drive best-in-class visual execution and identify emerging trends

Qualifications

  • Extensive professional experience in visual merchandising with demonstrated global or regional retail expertise
  • Proven track record developing and implementing seasonal visual merchandising directives, floorplans, and display standards across multiple store formats
  • Deep understanding of outlet retail dynamics and ability to translate commercial requirements into effective visual merchandising solutions
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Retail, Buying, Merchandising, and Regional Visual Merchandising teams
  • Advanced project management and organizational capabilities with strong communication and prioritization skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and ability to create visually sophisticated presentations and implementation guidelines
  • Detail-oriented analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to assess store performance and evolve visual standards iteratively
  • Willingness to travel as required to support store execution and regional strategic initiatives
  • Comfortable operating within global organizational structures and reporting to senior leadership
