Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the global press sample inventory and archive seasonal collections, ensuring accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
- Operate and maintain Fashion GPS, including all seasonal sample inventory uploads and data hygiene.
- Coordinate press day sample logistics and shipping for global and regional PR events and manage sample requirements for internal stakeholders and global PR offices.
- Oversee the product photography library: ensure product imagery is photographed, correctly named, archived and distributed to regional PR teams.
- Coordinate lookbook creation and brief the Creative team; support drafting of Sample Order Directives to ensure global alignment.
- Manage orders, logistics and updates for seasonal PR sample and global gifting programmes, including special projects, sample sales and charity donations.
- Support management of the global press sample and gifting budget and prepare inventory lists for audit purposes.
- Provide diary, travel and administrative support to the VP of Global Communications and deliver ad hoc event and press-release support for the Communications team.
Qualifications
- University education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in public relations, communications, sample management or logistics within fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- European languages beneficial but not imperative.
- Proven ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Strong communication and exceptional organisational skills.

Preferably 1–3 years' experience in PR, communications, sample management or logistics within the fashion or luxury sector; demonstrable exposure to global PR operations is an advantage.
