Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance Director, Greater China, in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and performance reviews.
  • Design and implement an end-to-end Capex approval, monitoring and tracking process to ensure governance and timely reporting.
  • Produce business reviews featuring quantitative analytics and performance insights to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Prepare financial plans, feasibility analyses and business-case proposals for new initiatives and expansion opportunities across the region.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (merchandising, retail, operations, commercial) to provide financial perspectives and support on strategic decisions.
  • Develop proficiency in SAP and other reporting tools to upload results, automate reporting and generate management reports.
  • Contribute to and manage ad hoc finance projects, including process improvements and special analyses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) is advantageous but not required.
  • Proven analytical rigour with strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance or management accounting; experience within luxury retail, fashion or consumer goods preferred. Prior exposure to budget cycles, Capex processes and management reporting is strongly valued. Experience with SAP is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CFA are advantageous.
