- Own the full lifecycle of seasonal collection and capsule launches, managing product launch deadlines, on-site touchpoint updates, and pre-order inventory processes
- Manage inventory visibility and allocation processes, sharing intake and ISNOS reports, maintaining omnichannel fulfillment rules, and escalating stock risks to the Trading Manager
- Leverage customer behavior analytics platforms to optimize the onsite purchase journey and identify opportunities for future platform development
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, making strategic recommendations to drive sales and evaluate emerging innovations such as artificial intelligence applications
- Partner with the Performance Marketing team to ensure regional category priorities are reflected in marketing activations and campaigns
- Provide direct line management and mentorship to the Trading Assistant, fostering development and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' online trading experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment
- Excellent analytical and presentation capabilities, with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, FullStory, or Power BI (desirable)
