Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily, weekly and seasonal trading KPIs and web analytics; escalate insights and recommend actions to improve site performance.
  • Ensure regional websites are accurately localised and merchandised in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Manage seasonal product launches, ensuring launch deadlines and onsite touchpoints are met and owning the pre‑order inventory process.
  • Run regular ISNOS (in‑stock‑not‑on‑site) reviews, track regional stock deliveries and flag stock risks to the Senior E‑Commerce Trading Manager.
  • Use customer behaviour and product performance analysis to inform trading decisions and category focus.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing to integrate regional category priorities into marketing activations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends and propose initiatives to drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ online trading or ecommerce merchandising experience, ideally in luxury retail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear presentations and actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is desirable.
  • Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese) advantageous but not essential.
