Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly and seasonal trading KPIs and web analytics; escalate insights and recommend actions to improve site performance.
- Ensure regional websites are accurately localised and merchandised in collaboration with regional teams.
- Manage seasonal product launches, ensuring launch deadlines and onsite touchpoints are met and owning the pre‑order inventory process.
- Run regular ISNOS (in‑stock‑not‑on‑site) reviews, track regional stock deliveries and flag stock risks to the Senior E‑Commerce Trading Manager.
- Use customer behaviour and product performance analysis to inform trading decisions and category focus.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to integrate regional category priorities into marketing activations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and propose initiatives to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ online trading or ecommerce merchandising experience, ideally in luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear presentations and actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is desirable.
- Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese) advantageous but not essential.

At least two years’ hands‑on ecommerce trading experience, including site management, merchandising for seasonal launches, inventory/pre‑order processes and performance analysis; experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
