Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly and seasonal trading KPIs and web analytics to identify opportunities and risks, and escalate insights to the Senior E‑Commerce Trading Manager.
- Support day-to-day management and localisation of regional Jimmy Choo websites, ensuring content and merchandising are regionally relevant and up to date.
- Coordinate seasonal collection launches: manage site touchpoints, adhere to product launch deadlines and own pre-order inventory processes.
- Run regular ISNOS (in-stock-not-on-site) reviews, monitor regional stock deliveries, flag stock risks and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse customer behaviour and product-performance reports to inform merchandising decisions and trading strategies.
- Track competitor activity and market trends, making recommendations to optimise assortment and drive sales.
- Collaborate with regional teams and Performance Marketing to align category priorities with marketing activations and campaign plans.
- Document seasonal lessons learned and feed performance insights into planning and buying cycles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ online trading or digital merchandising experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven analytical capability with strong presentation skills to communicate commercial insights to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and web-analytics tools desirable; prior exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese) advantageous.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on ecommerce trading or digital merchandising experience, with demonstrable exposure to seasonal launches, inventory management and performance analysis. Experience in a luxury retail environment and working with regional teams on localisation is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Business or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience in ecommerce or retail trading.
