Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive all marketing activity across DOS retail, Franchise and Wholesale operating models, ensuring alignment with Global Marketing Directives and local market requirements
  • Develop strategic and tailored marketing plans supporting both brand and commercial goals across the EMEAI region
  • Oversee CRM program tools, regional tactics, and work closely with CRM Manager to develop customer-centric strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, department stores, JV partners, and franchise partners
  • Oversee development of partnerships to elevate brand positioning and drive new client acquisition
  • Direct special experiences and events strategy and media planning
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and corrective action to guarantee achievement of objectives within designated budgets
  • Establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout all marketing activity, promotional materials, and events
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present findings to executive management
  • Share Marketing and Communications strategy with franchise and JV PR teams to support brand awareness and positioning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure full brand support and market exposure
  • Work synergistically with regional PR teams to align PR and marketing strategies across respective markets

Qualifications

  • Graduate caliber individual with significant senior marketing experience within a luxury fashion company
  • Proven track record of delivering against marketing strategies and managing within budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Strong awareness of retail and brand strategies with proven people management capability
  • Solid understanding of CRM and database management with ability to contribute to future CRM strategies and programs
  • Multi-country marketing experience and clear understanding of different cultures and tailored marketing approaches
  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time-management skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong presentation and project management skills

  • Ability to inspire, motivate and represent the brand at senior levels
