Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze performance across key digital channels (paid social, search, display, affiliates, email, CRM) and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain regular reporting dashboards (weekly/monthly) translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support A/B testing frameworks across creative, targeting, and landing pages; evaluate campaign effectiveness using ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics
- Analyze customer journeys across digital touchpoints and support segmentation strategies using first-party data for audience targeting
- Work with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), ad platform dashboards (Meta, Google Ads), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Partner with eCommerce marketing, Design, Digital Product, and CRM teams on budget tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
- Proactively develop working relationships with regional partners and global site merchandising teams to identify growth opportunities and share best practices
Qualifications
- 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Understanding of key digital KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area
