Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning, creation, and delivery of content across all customer-facing digital channels
- Oversee e-commerce photography budgets and manage submission and approval workflows for photography invoices
- Develop and execute site-wide content strategies including homepage, CRM, and regional rollout plans
- Manage relationships and workflows with in-house studio teams and external creative agencies
- Lead website content optimization initiatives balancing data insights with brand identity
- Track, analyze, and report content performance metrics through Google Analytics and other analytical platforms
- Ensure all channels remain current with latest campaign and marketing imagery
- Monitor competitor activity and creative sources for strategic inspiration
- Manage career development and task prioritization for Content Assistant and Digital Copywriter team members
- Deploy and manage SFCC content across all customer touchpoints
- Present content strategies and performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven content production experience within an e-commerce environment or luxury brand
- Working knowledge of HTML, CMS systems, CSS, and email design

- Line management experience of content producers and coordinators
