Capri Holdings — CRM Officer in Seoul: lead CRM campaigns, VIP & loyalty programmes and data-driven customer growth for a global luxury fashion group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute DM and CRM campaigns end-to-end in collaboration with CRM service providers and cross‑functional internal teams.
- Develop and maintain CRM analytics, producing operational and analytical reports and management dashboards to inform strategy and performance.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of CRM service providers and third‑party vendors to ensure timely, accurate and cost‑effective campaign delivery.
- Design, implement and evolve VIP and loyalty programmes, including benefits, services, partner relationships, communications, KPI setting and reporting.
- Drive data strategy initiatives: enhance database collection, customer profiling, segmentation and analytics integration to generate actionable consumer insights.
- Manage loyalty programme activations across online and offline channels, including collateral planning and rollout.
- Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by the Marketing & PR Director.
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing or a relevant discipline.
- 5–7 years' professional experience in CRM and loyalty programme management (Officer level).
- Proven track record in VIP programme management and measurable customer‑loyalty outcomes.
Skills
Experience
5–7 years of hands‑on experience in customer relationship management and loyalty programmes, with demonstrable results in VIP programme development, campaign execution and CRM analytics.
Education
Degree in marketing or a relevant discipline.
