Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute DM and CRM campaigns end-to-end, including segmentation, creative coordination, deployment and post-campaign analysis.
- Develop and maintain CRM analytics, operational reports and management dashboards to inform decision-making and measure campaign ROI.
- Oversee daily operational management of CRM service providers and third-party vendors to ensure timely, accurate execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Design, implement and enhance VIP and loyalty programs — define benefits, services, partner relationships, communications, KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Drive data strategy initiatives: enhance database quality, improve data collection, lead customer profiling and segmentation, and integrate analytics for customer insights.
- Manage omnichannel loyalty program activities (online and offline), including collateral planning, rollout processes and partner coordination.
- Provide ad hoc project leadership as assigned by the Marketing & PR Director, supporting cross-functional initiatives that impact customer retention and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years’ experience in CRM and loyalty program management (Officer level) with demonstrable, accountable results.
- Proven hands-on experience managing VIP programs and executing customer loyalty initiatives.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and presentation skills.

5–7 years of progressive experience in customer relationship management and loyalty programs, with hands-on responsibility for VIP program development, campaign execution and analytics-driven reporting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
