CRM Analyst at Jimmy Choo in London – customer analytics and data-driven insights role. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior patterns and identify opportunities to enhance CRM and clienteling performance
- Measure and communicate the business impact of CRM initiatives and customer programs
- Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards to monitor performance of Global and Regional CRM campaigns, providing ROI optimization recommendations
- Support qualitative and quantitative research projects to generate insights into customer behavior and preferences
- Apply customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue
- Partner with CRM, Clienteling, Marketing, Digital, and Regional teams to translate business questions into actionable analysis
Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science) or Marketing
- 2–4 years' experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or equivalent analytical role
- Full proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets

2–4 years' experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets.
